Jose Villa Workshop Memories - Laure Arons Luxurious Events

Before attending Jose Villa Workshop back in November 2014 I have googled every single speaker to check out who is who. And from the first time I've seen Laurie Arons's work I absolutely fell in love with what she creates and what her brand stands for! Laurie is the most amazing event planner in the world! Her company  designs the most beautiful events and weddings, carefully suprevised by Laurie and her team.

Laurie strives for perfection. I absolutely love this about her... it was a dream come true, from a photographer's point of view, when Laurie spoke about looking out for cordes & cables, making sure the wedding tables are under the ligh fixtures, when she described how every single chair and cutlery has to be perfeclty symmetrical when she's around... and how every table linen should be ironed! No room for imperfection...

Simple visualisation of Laure Aron's wedding was enough to leave me daydreaming....

Laure works a lot with Jose Villa and she is a huge fan of filmphotography. She feels that film photography is more luxurious and it's more flattering when it comes to people portraits, skin tones, colour tones etc.

She believes that good photography benefits everyone! The venue, the planner, floral designers, the client of course, and she feels like creating stunning images should be the aim of every single collaboratior.

Images hold a great power! Beauty is simply timeless.

I hope I will have a chance to shoot alongside Laurie once again in the near future.
